Your data is protected.

All data is backed up daily, stored across multiple servers and in multiple locations. We have both on-site and off-site backups in case of catastrophic failures.

All data is sent over Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS)

All data in transit is encrypted and sent using HTTPS. We encrypt data at rest where possible, while other data is not encrypted at rest and is active in our database. All backups are encrypted.

Two-Factor Authentication

Sweeppea supports two-factor authentication on all user accounts. Enable two-factor authentication in order to add an additional layer of security to protect accounts and information.

Updated servers and infrastructure

All servers run on a dedicated network with firewalls and DDOS protection. The software infrastructure is updated on a regular basis with the latest security patches.

Data Location

Our data centers are located across USA. Backups of all data are done daily and are encrypted and held in both on-site and off-site facilities. We use third party services such as Amazon Web Services for photo and video storage.

Abuse Protection

We have tools available to on the customers account for the enabling IP blocking, reCAPTCHA, and geo targeting. Our servers automatically enable rate limiting, DDOS protection, and filters that detect and block spammers and bots.

Data Retention

Upon cancellation of your account, all data associated with the account will be put into a 72 hours deletion cycle. If you do not login to re-establish the account within 72 hours, all data will be deleted permanently.
